Stage 1 - Online Application with CV

Stage 3 - IBM Assessment Centre and Final Interview

For certain roles, candidates are required to attend the IBM Assessment Centre. This stage may be conducted virtually or in person at an EY branch office. During the IBM Assessment Centre, candidates participate in various exercises designed to evaluate their skills and alignment with IBM’s values.

You will be required to complete a number of group exercises with the potential to also have an in-person interview on the day.

For the IBM Final Interview, they recommend researching the company and the area you want to work in. This is an opportunity for you to find out more about the company and also express your motivations for applying to join them. The final interview may be conducted on the day of the assessment centre or at a later date, and can happen digitally or in-person.
