This is an online form which you fill out to tell KPMG about your academic background and any work experience you may have undertaken. This should take about 30 minutes to complete, and you won’t need to upload a CV.
Stage 2 - 'Transforming Small Businesses' Online Tests
The next stage in the KPMG hiring process is the KPMG Transforming Small Businesses Tests. They will ask you to consider a range of material relating to three fictional small businesses. You will be asked how you might respond to specific business scenarios and rank what you’d be likely to say or do and how you would feel. You will also be asked to analyse information and provide responses to it.

Stage 3 - Delivering Outcomes Video Responses
This is an extension of the online tests and is usually questions of a similar style to the KPMG situational judgement questions. Throughout this assessment, you will be asked to rank what you’d be likely to do in specific business scenarios by providing both written responses and video responses on your webcam. This should take around 60 minutes and be completed within 5 days of your invitation.
Stage 4 - KPMG Launchpad
The KPMG Launch Pad is their in-person, half-day event where you can meet employees and other candidates. The event usually consists of two assessed events – a group assessment and individual interview. There are also a further 5 non-assessed group activities. It is important to demonstrate the KPMG Strengths that they are looking for as after this stage you will be offered a position if successful.
