NHS Numerical Reasoning Tests
NHS numerical reasoning tests aim to gauge an applicant’s competency at dealing with arithmetic problems. NHS Application Process
Stage 1 - Online Application Form

This next stage of the NHS application process is basically a combination of an SJT with a one-way video interview. The candidate is presented with work based scenarios and questions you may face in an interview or in the workplace. Applicants are then required to record their responses and submit them. This stage takes around an hour to complete. The deadline for this stage is 20th November, giving you 10 days between the two test stages.
Stage 4 - Virtual Assessment Centre
You will then be invited to participate in the NHS Virtual Assessment Centre. It is usually a half-day process which require you to complete several group and individual exercises. This is a chance to showcase your skills in a more involved setting. After this you will be offered a place and allocated to an available placement.
